Over the last term we have made chicks using paper, glue and cardboard. Once they were all dried we painted them which really brought them to life.

We used clay to mould hedgehogs. We used tools to add detail to them, then painted them.

We have also been doing observational drawings using pastels, charcoal pencils as well as ordinary pencils. We then chose one of our drawings to make into a collage using fabric. You will get to see all of these drawings very soon when your child brings home their art folder.

Finally 2G made dragons using a plastic bottle and paper mache. Thankfully the weather was lovely to dry them in the sun ready to be painted.
